Giulia Bundesmann

Giulia Bundesmann brings strategy and heart to the animation industry, boasting over three decades of experience leading studios. Before joining Chalkdust Animation as Head of Studio, her most recent role was helming Primal Screen in Atlanta, GA. Giulia’s portfolio also includes notable legacy post-production and VFX studios and boutiques, including Atlanta’s Crawford Communications and designEFX, and Capitol Video in Washington DC. Serving as producer, her client roster includes PBS, Discovery Channel, Cartoon Network, and Coca-Cola, as well as many ad agencies and political campaigns. 

A daughter of Philadelphia, and a graduate of the University of Maryland, Giulia is proud of her almost-native status in Atlanta. When she’s not binging on the best and worst of Netflix and Hulu, you can find her out on a training run, walking her two pups with her husband, perfecting a pasta dish, or planning her next trip to Italy. She has two sons who are pursuing careers outside of animation.
